Vicky Wall – Founder and Innovator

Vicky Wall was the clinically blind seer, apothecary and surgical chiropodist whose Equilibrium living colour formulations comprise the heart of the Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System®. Being the 7th child of a 7th child, her life was full of mystery. Clairvoyant from childhood, she was able to perceive the subtle energies and colours surrounding an individual. As an adult, this clairvoyant ability was amplified as her physical sight diminished and was eventually lost. The Legacy of Vicky Wall

During her nightly meditation in early 1983, Vicky Wall found herself enveloped in the most beautiful cascade of colour which receded and advanced like the ebb and flow of the tide, sighing softly as it went. Suddenly, the still small voice within that she had always obeyed instructed her to go and divide the waters, my child. She was mystified as to what that meant. Blindness had caused Vicky to retire from a lifetime of devoted care for others as a surgical chiropodist. After suffering from a major heart attack during which she had an encounter with an angelic presence, she was given borrowed time to complete what she had come to do. Almost 70 years old, clinically blind with only 40% of her heart function, she immersed herself in her spiritual practice, meditation and prayer to find out what was being asked of her.

In 1984 Mike met Vicky Wall, founder of the Aura-Soma system, and became her friend and closest companion, travelling and teaching with her for the next seven years. Their mutual recognition was based in part on similar unique spiritual experiences. A sense of shared purpose quickly arose between them. As the Aura-Soma system grew, Vicky ultimately entrusted Mike to carry on the birth of the Aura-Soma substances and to continue the unfoldment into the world of the Aura-Soma Colour-Care System®. When Vicky passed in 1991, Mike and his wife, Claudia Booth, and Vicky’s colleague and companion, Margaret Cockbain, assumed the stewardship of Aura-Soma Products Limited and set about with a group of committed co-visionaries to fulfill Vicky’s mission to bring the transformative powers of colour to as many people in the world who want it.

Much of Mike’s colourful life before his Aura-Soma journey seems to have well-prepared him for his unique future! His spiritual journey has spanned many influences and traditions, starting with parents. He undertook Druidic studies at a young age, which introduced him to the richness of nature and the importance of co-operation with the Earth. As his inner life continued to develop he became involved with the mystical Kabbalah, the systemology of the Tree of Life and the angelic realms. He later trained in Sufism and then Zen, which he practiced for 10 years, incorporating Zen meditation techniques during his work in management training. All of these, including his experience as a healer and his keen interest in the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner—particularly in the areas of education, biodynamic farming and colour as a language of universal consciousness—would become significant contributions to the development of Aura-Soma philosophies and practices. Shire Farm, which is owned and operated by Aura-Soma Products Ltd, is a notable example of Mike’s commitment to biodynamic farming, reforestation and a soil to soul approach which links the care and vitality of the earth to personal and planetary wellbeing.

Trained in fine art with a degree in education, Mike’s long-time artistry as a potter, and ultimately a painter of internationally-known mandalas, deepened his spiritual life and further cultivated the receptivity and inspiration that has been so vital to the continuing emergence of the Aura-Soma system in the world. As Chairman of ASPL, Mike oversees all activities of the company and is vitally involved in new product development. Since the creation of bottle 44, he has been responsible for birthing the Equilibrium formulas and the energies they carry for the needs of our time.

Mike is also the Principal of the Aura-Soma Academy, an independent colour-training academy dedicated to expanding awareness and education on the benefits of colour in relation to consciousness and wellbeing. In Mike’s work with The Academy as an educator and inspirational speaker, he travels throughout the world illuminating the mysteries and meanings of colour, subtle anatomy, complementary traditions, the potential and benefits of using of the Aura-Soma substances as a means of self care and care of the planet. As the demand for Aura-Soma products and training has grown, Mike’s role as an educator has taken him and the Aura-Soma system into the lives of more than 50,000 people all over the world.

Mike is an author of many books on the understanding of colour and the Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System, which have been translated into several languages including German, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese.

As a vocalist and an instrumentalist on the Australian didgeridoo and the Swiss hang, Mike has also collaborated on several musical and meditation CDs.

Roisin expresses she has a beautiful spiritual relationship with Mike and a dear friendship; they are both messengers in service of the light. Mike’s vision is to spread Aura-Soma into mother earth and around her globe, like a rainbow protecting and cleansing humanity. Roisin feels privileged to be part of the Aura-Soma family in supporting and spreading the Aura-Soma essence into the world.

THE SOUNDING BELL

WEDDING BELLS

Last weekend I was in Donegal to celebrate the wedding of Bill and Roisin Campbell, Aura-Soma® lovers and friends. On each of the tables at the reception the Bride and Groom had presented a B69 Equilibrium Bottle, the Sounding Bell. It led to some contemplation on the journey home and I thought I would like to share some of the significance particularly as this seems to be synchronous with the birth of the ArchAngeloi Chamael whose energy has joined with the alchemy of Ratziel at this time.

We know magenta is about putting the love into the little things, putting the care and attention into the little things we do, so that it will expand into the bigger things. The magenta energy is absolutely crucial at this point in time. It is completely antithetical to elitism and things being hidden from view. Predominantly the love in the little things reveals the light within as in the base of B69 and that light has many understandings. Nowhere in the whole range of the Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System® do we meet this concept and its understanding so clearly as in B69 and B77.

It is in B69 where we meet the six in the Aura-Soma system B6 is red/red and is the beginning of a new life, new blood. In the Aura-Soma Tarot the understanding of the lovers is the beginning of the coming together of the male/female within the self and how that union also has many levels. It has the depiction of the man and woman within the self coming together, it has the blessing of the goddess/angels that ultimately makes the deeper levels of the union possible. It reminds us of the Magdalene or Tara aspect of inner union. The feminine, the intuitive, and the way in which the sound of the ringing of the bell has been an awakening to the feminine within, this is what the symbolism of the bells refers to.

In certain traditions the bell has been seen to summon the devil, with the six and the nine coming together in the fifteen, clear/violet (6+9=15), the Devil in the Aura-Soma Tarot. B15 is about us facing what lies in the shadow of ourselves, about seeing what is in the subconscious/ unconscious mind that makes it self-evident from the things that we do not want in our lives rather than the things that we do, how we create situations and circumstances or project towards others from our unconscious tendencies of what lies hidden in the shadow of ourselves. It may now be time or, in fact, is the time to shine the light into that shadow.

B69 is also the meditation on the lovers as B9, the transcendental heart or the heart within the heart is the story of meditation; the journey of going within to find whatever life’s circumstances encourages us to look at to take us beyond the superficial, beyond what continually pulls us towards the outside and makes us look more closely at ourselves. Ultimately, part of this journey is the journey which takes us beyond ourselves, takes us beyond what we are as individuals to the possibility of who we can be as humanity. The ringing bell, the sounding bell of awakening to a greater possibility to face what lies in the shadow of ourselves and to bring the light into the little things, to bring consciousness, awareness, and love into the little things that we do which may lead to a different situation, a different position in relation to our role as human beings.

The nine energy returns in the expression of B87, the potential for new consciousness to emerge to enable us to go beyond the projections, to go beyond the reflection of self and to be able to see what lies on the other side of the mirror that is held up to us by everyone we meet. To recognise the Christ or Buddha nature, to realise the prophet who lies within so that we might remember the blessedness of his name. Love in the little things, love in harmony where the inanimate objects that we handle receive our care and attention and so that we can put our love into whatever we do. The new consciousness emerging is pale coral, a new humanity emerging out of the ashes of what has gone before. The bell rings with the potential of awakening, awakening to a new possibility. We do not immediately move towards unconditional love or strive for that which is unattainable we simply find a level of caring and warmth to put the love into the little things because this is manageable.

Every detail of this wedding had so many aspects of this love in the little things emerging from the moment of arrival in Donegal – the chocolate box that had been placed in every room, the bubbles of the small champagne bottle left by the glass, the little bell that was holding each place card – so many details including the release of the many coloured balloons into the air at the end of the day as the sun began to set bearing the wishes of friends and family upon the tags. Later the pyrotechnics, the fireworks, a celebration of colour and light in the sky and the gentle rain that fell all day as consciousness, as grace, as the blessings from above upon the earth. Truly a day to celebrate the inner marriage, an awakening to a broader perspective within ourselves.

The bell is ringing and is ringing for all of us at this point in time. The coming together of Bill and Roisin under the name of ‘Camp-bell’, the bell as a symbol of the goddess, a symbol of how a group of people join together in the context of the bell, the mother goddess, the sense of the joining of the clans in relation to the bell, the bell of awakening, the bell of the receptivity, the bell of the feminine who holds the space for the divine to come in if we can find space to be receptive to what the goddess has to offer as the bell rings. The goddess is also an expression of bliss.

In the Tibetan tradition, the Lama rings the bell in his left hand to bring this aspect of bliss together with the Vajra of wisdom, giving the opportunity of these two aspects within us to merge in union.

I would like to take this opportunity to remember a glorious weekend and to share with you a sense of the inspiration of the B69, the sounding bell, at this point in time.

A last small thought. The nine star ends with B90 both the nine and the 15 are part of this and so what we need to do is to rescue the wisdom within ourselves. To drop down beyond the thinking, beyond what we simply feel toward our being, into the gold within ourselves. To overcome anxieties however subtle they may be, to rescue the gold.

Equilibrium

Aura-Soma Equilibrium therapy uses 115 bottles of coloured oil and water. The water takes up half of the bottle and the oil floats on top of the water. Using colour from plants and herbs the liquids are energised by minerals complimentary to each colour each bottle made with love and intuition at Aura-Soma’s headquarters in England, positioned on the zero meridian. The name Aura-Soma is derived from Latin and one translation is “the light of the body”

The colours were brought to light by Vicky Wall who presented the early bottles to a new audience. Apprentice to Vicky was Mike Booth who worked tirelessly and continuously with Vicky in the service of Aura Soma. After Vicky’s transition (bottle number 78 Crown Rescue), Mike took over Aura-Soma and in the past 30 years has helped guide it to its place in the global society.

The user chooses bottles (normally four) and the practitioner relates the qualities inherent in the different colours and their mixes. It is the recognition, at a deep level, of the exposure of the feelings that the user gains to better understand their journey so far and also their potential. This gives rise to Aura-Soma’s introductory message – “You are the colours you chose”.

Supporting the 115 Equilibrium bottles are small bottles, energised and scented in line with each colour, called Pomanders and Quintessences.

Pomanders

The Aura-Soma Pomanders work within the colourful electro-magnetic field, often referred to as the aura, which immediately surrounds the physical body. The auric body, like the physical, can become depleted from the stresses of everyday life. Relating to the seven levels of the seven chakras, each of the 15 different pomanders addresses the needs of a different chakra and brings certain qualities of energy to it depending on its colour. The regular application of a Pomander through your energetic field can protect, cleanse, re-energise and maintain the integrity of the light filaments of the aura, strengthening areas of vulnerability as well as protecting against potentially harmful energies from external circumstances or events. Kirlian photography has shown this protection as a bar around the aura that allows the positive energies in and filters out those that are less helpful. This protection has been seen to last up to several hours after application of the chosen Pomander. The Pomanders are available for personal use in individual 25ml bottles or as a presentation set containing the full set in individual 2.5ml spray vials.

Quintessences

The Quintessences bring a more subtle energy into the range of Aura-Soma products. Each Quintessence formula represents the energetic essence of a particular Ascended Master, each of which corresponds to a colour ray and quality of Universal Mind. As a Quintessence is dispersed through your personal energy field, it releases its subtle frequencies and the energies of the colour ray to which it corresponds. As the Quintessences help to bring these higher states of consciousness into your personal energies, activities and projects, you may be better able to access your own inner mastery and beauty. All relate in colour and qualities to the Master range within the Equilibrium set, B50-B64, with the exception of The Holy Grail and Solar Logos (Q15), and are available in several configurations for personal and atmospheric support.

Air Conditioners

The Pomander Air Conditioners provide atmospheric support by protecting, strengthening and refreshing a living or workspace. Available in 15 different formulations, they are especially helpful for practitioner and therapy rooms and for gathering areas of all kinds to freshen and harmonise energies. As with the personal support Pomanders, each Pomander Air Conditioner contains varying concentrations of 49 extracts (7×7, corresponding to the 7 sub-levels of the 7 chakras) from plants and herbs in a vegetable-based alcohol solution. Seven herbs relate to the specific colour of the Pomander, and the other 42 herbs relate to the more subtle energies and potencies. Each corresponds to a colour in the Equilibrium range.

We suggest to select a Pomander Air Conditioner based on its colour energy, supportive qualities or to complement a personal Pomander or other Aura-Soma products you may be currently using. The formula for the Air Conditioners is somewhat stronger so that only a few short bursts sprayed into the atmosphere will disperse the energies throughout a desired area in your home, office, treatment room, workshop space or classroom.

ArchAngeloi

The ArchAngeloi Essence sprays correspond to the Spirits of Fire known as the Archangels, a higher level of angelic mediators between the Human and the Divine. On a personal level, introducing the ArchAngeloi Essences into our energy field can help to activate light seeds in the aura (etheric body) so that we might remember and express our ongoing soul-purpose and highest possibility for this life. They also help to sow and reap our purposes during the between time of personal transitions. On a broader scale, they help to support the folk spirit, or collective, of a country and aid those who are working to bring forth the higher potential of a group, community, land or nation.

Colour Essences

The original Color Essences were created by Vicky Wall and passed on to Claudia Booth. Every essence carries the vibrations of colors, plants, trees, gems and minerals.

Claudia wrote about the Color Essences: “When using a color essence we have the opportunity to connect with the energies of the essences as they are carried within the 3 kingdoms; the color (hue) of the human kingdom, the essences of the plant kingdom and the energies of the mineral kingdom. Let’s take the opportunity to connect with these energies as the patterns form themselves at earth energy sites, structures within or upon the body of Gaia. Let’s practice being present to all that Gaia is offering us, each and every moment.” 

The Colour Essences contain energies and information from certain trees, plants, crystals and minerals. Aura-Soma Colour Therapy Consultations

Your personal colour code consists of your four bottles choices and the order in which you choose them. Also important are the energies and qualities of each colour, whether it appears in the upper or lower fraction of the bottle, the energetic relationships which emerge in the sequencing of the colour combinations, and the energetic properties of their botanical and crystal ingredients.

During a consultation William will use meditation and relaxing music to add peace to your emotions, before you choose your colour selection (usually four bottles). William will then explain and analyse your selection in respect of what different colours and their combinations suggest and point to in terms of emotions and conditioning.

The person makes the choice, not the practitioner which enables accurate comment on the aspects of the person’s life that are causing blocks, discomfort and unhappiness. The beautiful aspect of Aura-Soma is that the colour selection also suggests what is needed to remedy those aspects which need attention.

Consultations last two hours and are held Monday – Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Consultations are carried out at the Rainbow Lighthouse Centre in Dromore, County Down, Northern Ireland.
